FAQ relating to the sale of Ellie

Can I still manage my subscription?

Yes, however the old Stripe management link will take you to a read only page where you can see invoices made before the 17th September 2024.

Why does my subscription show a Trial?

In order to keep the same billing cycle, we had to set subscriptions as in trial up until the usual billing date to avoid double billing you. Once the trial period ends, your subscription will continue as usual on the new account.

What about my data?

Ellie Assist Ltd is a UK based company and committed to maintaining your privacy. We ensure your data remains within the EU and fully comply with GDPR. We are registered with the UK ICO.
