Sometimes you may have certain email types which you don’t want drafts to be created for. In order to prevent this, you can update the Categorisation rules for your email account.
- Login to app.tryellie.com
- Accounts > Choose your account > Categories
- Edit your “Reply Required” Categories to let Ellie know which ones to reply to.
An example rule could be:
Emails that require a direct written reply only. Do not include emails that are meeting invites, requests for reviews, or LinkedIn message notifications or emails with a 'noreply' email.
We are working on some features to make this even easier to manage like adding certain emails to a blacklist.
