Licence keys are a legacy activation method for Ellie. New accounts sign in to the extension with their Ellie account instead.
If you have an older account and still need your licence key:
Find your licence key
- Sign in at app.tryellie.com
- Go to app.tryellie.com/downloads
- Your licence key is shown here with a copy button
Still using a licence key?
To switch the extension from a licence key to account sign-in:
- Open the extension settings (click the ❓ icon or Ellie icon in your browser)
- Select Sign in
